groups in your hips, thighs, and core. If you want to get bigger hips fast, make sure to include
these squats in your workout routine. These are best performed with a kettlebell or dumbbell
held close to your chest. Perform 15 reps of goblet squats 3 times each week for 4 weeks and

3) Hip Thrust
One of my favorite exercises to get bigger hips is called a hip thrust. The hip thrust targets
your glutes and it’s also a great exercise for building core strength. You can perform hip
thrusts by laying down on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor or bench, while
holding a weighted barbell across your hips. With your hands gripping either side of barbell,
simply push your hips upward until you lock out in a straight line at hips and knees.
